Speak Up 2015 had Weston considering its future;  remember Speak Up 2014?  How about 2013?

Definitely the place to be last year, as discussion and mostly sharp questions on Senior Center came bursting forth!!!  Great moderating jobs!!!

LOCAL CAMPAIGN SEASON HIGH POINTS (BEFORE HALLOWEEN POWER OUTAGE)...

• No choice for Board of Selectmen;  League gets two double-headers and big turnouts for debates for Board of Finance and Planning and Zoning and Board of Education plus Judge of Probate in 2013
• The League rediscovered how terrific the Community Room at Weston Library is for "Double Debate" in Campaign 2011!
  
• And for special meetings and our second ever FORUM ON DEMAND, "After the Storm"
• ...Norfield is for "Speak Up" (with Library as back up if needed to reschedule this February event because of snow);
• Town Hall Meeting Room functioned well for live broadcasts - opening Board of Finance debate in the three-debate election season 2011 (r).
